Having lived in Alexandria since 1984, I have seen a lot of changes. I know which neighborhoods have increased in value the most and what the resale impact & perceptions are of each neighborhood.

Since I keep up with Alexandria City Government, I can also apprise you of planned changes that might affect the future of any home you are considering.

My seven years working for an architect/construction management company before becoming a full time realtor help me point out many small differences in construction that can make a big difference.

I have a degree in Public Administration from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University and an MBA from the University of Washington.
